A Look Back

We started Forever Friends with one goal: to help transform the pain of loss into treasured memories.

Looking back over the last year or so, we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished.

Numerous people have told us that they didn’t know such service existed. Others have said they don’t know what they would have done without us. And, yes, a few have given us ideas on how to improve our offerings and we humbly accepted their advice.

We’ve also established many wonderful relationships with pet owners, veterinarians, suppliers, and competitors. And we’ve learned a lot, like how to build a business from our first client to the thousands of families we’ve served and how to staff a 24×7 business in the midst of a global pandemic.

Above all, though, the most important thing we’ve “learned” was actually more of a reinforcement of what we already knew: loss is loss, loss hurts, and families need genuine care and compassion when a pet dies.

Our promise today is the same as it was the day we opened: to play a part in helping those in need transform loss into treasured memories…
