Pet Cremation Pre-Planning
Pre-planning pet cremation services are obligation-free, with no payment due until services are provided. Our staff is also available to meet with you in person to answer all of your questions and, if you wish, to select an urn and other personalized memorial products.
Pet Memorialization

What do I do if my pet passes away at home?
What do I do if my pet passes away at the vet’s office?
Most veterinary clinics do not perform cremations themselves; rather, they typically have a pet crematory, such as Forever Friends, that they work with. Even if your vet does not already have a relationship with Forever Friends, you can request our pet cremation services. The vet may request you call us, or they may call on your behalf.
Regardless of whether we have an existing relationship with your vet, we will transport your pet to Forever Friends at no additional cost.
Does Forever Friends accept CareCredit?
How do I know if Forever Friends has a working relationship with my vet?
Forever Friends has established working relationships with some of the finest, most well-known clinics in Central Ohio. However, regardless of whether Forever Friends is your clinic's cremation provider, you can request our services.
Once we are notified, either by you or by the clinic, we will make immediate arrangements to bring your pet into our care.
Does Forever Friends provide euthanasia services?
Euthanasia ("putting a pet to sleep") is not part of the cremation process and must be performed by a licensed veterinarian or, in some cases, a licensed vet tech under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. As such, we do not provide euthanasia services as part of our private cremation services.
If you believe you need this service, it is best to contact the veterinarian who typically provides medical care for your pet. If you do not have an existing relationship with a veterinarian, any clinic can refer you to one who can assist you.
In addition, several in-home providers will come to your home. This is particularly helpful if transporting your fur baby to an office is not possible.
