An Ode to Neko Throughout your life you responded to unseen energy channeled it to love slept a lot minded your own business never ask for much when taken for granted you didn't mind you were just a cat From humble beginnings you became regal Grande Dame of our household demanding soft cushions an sunbeams but happy with private spots where no one knows you're there when ignored you didn't mind you were just a cat But what a cat never wanting anything but love answering with purrs and meows it's time to let you go reluctantly the moment has come we're going to miss you
