Remembered by Larry Schaaf

They say dogs are man's best companions and friends. They are therapeutic, selfless, and love unconditionally. They can get us through life's difficult moments and boy how Buster has gotten me and our family through some difficult moments! He was by our side as Lois graciously suffered through Parkinson’s for 10 years. For many years he was always at my side on walks and always provided a laugh as we played hide and seek in the house. Everyone loved his personality, especially the grandkids and neighborhood children! We will miss his sweet face, his playfulness, and how he sat and participated in Tuesday night Bible study, patiently waiting for dessert. I’m not sure how many dog treats he ate over the years, but I’m sure it represented a good part of my retirement savings! I will miss hearing him rumbling up the ramp into bed and cuddling alongside my back.Buster, you will forever be in our hearts and we love you and miss you so, so much. Rest in peace!
